The Physical Activity and Health Unit

The Physical Activity and Health Unit is an academic group at the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine of the University of Zurich. The unit has close links with the Institute of Human Movement Sciences and Sport at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH Zurich. Important synergies exist between the activities in the fields of services teaching and research.

Pillars PANH ISPM

The work unit works closely with the World Health Organisation WHO, with HEPA Europe, the European Network for Health-Enhancing Physical Activity, with Agita Mundo, the global physical activity promotion network and other partner organisations.
